Cancellation Request Window

You may request order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, as long as the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can try to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Product Changes

If you need to change size, color, or item, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.

If the order has not entered processing, we will try to assist. If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the order has not shipped, the USD $9.99 standard shipping fee may also be refunded. If the order has already shipped, the original shipping fee is generally non-refundable unless the cancellation or return is caused by our error.

Orders Cancelled by Us

We may cancel an order if:

  • The item is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Shipping information is incomplete or invalid
  • The order appears suspicious or high-risk
  • There is a pricing, inventory, or system error
  • We are unable to fulfill the order

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
